Step 1. Wet hair* and body.
Step 2. Apply a generous amount of sugar scrub to desired areas, including the scalp.*
Step 3. Massage in a circular motion to exfoliate.
Step 4. Gently rub and add more water to create a lather.
Step 5. Rinse thoroughly. *Follow with shampoo & conditioner for hair.

Sensitive Skin: Use 1-2 times per week
Dry Skin: Use 1-2 times per week
Combination Skin: Use 2-3 times per week
Normal Skin: Use 2-3 times per week
Oily Skin: Use 3-4 times per week
